Most vendors selling accessibility cannot show you their own. This site was audited against production and brought to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and it publishes a full Accessibility Conformance Report — VPAT 2.5, all 56 Level A and AA success criteria answered, with the methods and the limitations named rather than hidden. The audit record shows what failed before the work and what only a human found. Automated tools caught 3 of the 11 real failures; Lighthouse scored the broken version 100 out of 100. That is the honest state of this field, and it is why a person reviews every file.

Most single documents land on the $49 minimum, so if you publish regularly the monthly stream is cheaper. I will tell you that rather than let you overpay. Scanned documents are quoted separately — OCR has to happen before tagging, and the price depends on the scan.
Where automation stops
Automated conversion handles most documents, and where it does you should use it — it is cheaper than I am and it is not worth paying a person for a clean text-based agenda. What it cannot do is a page with no text layer at all, and it does not reliably tell a decorative rule from a real data table.
Those are the ones worth sending to a person, and they are the ones I take. My pipeline is built around that boundary rather than against it: validation, structural repair and verification are scripted, and every page the scripts are not confident about is flagged for a human to resolve before the file goes back. An overlay widget does not work this way, which is why overlays keep turning up in accessibility lawsuits rather than out of them.
The deadlines, for reference
Under the Department of Justice's Title II rule, state and local government web content and documents must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA by 26 April 2027 for populations of 50,000 and over, and by 26 April 2028 for smaller entities and for special districts of any size. There is no small-entity exemption, only a later date. I mention it as information, not as a reason to hurry.

You get back, usually within two business days: the two remediated pages, the validation reports, and a fixed price for the rest. If I think you do not need me, I will say so.
I only work on documents you have the right to share. Source files are deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask me to keep them.
